Radio/CD stereo. The dining area overlooks the patio, and has a large dining table with 8 chairs. The adjacent utility room has an automatic washing machine, tumble drier, sink and fitted cupboards. There is a downstairs WC with wash hand basin. The sitting room is very large and has wooden floorboards with rugs, gas fire, a bay window to the fore and patio doors to the rear which lead you to the rear courtyard and the raised lawn and garden. The sitting room is furnished with comfortable seating for seven, 32" LCD colour TV with Sky Freeview (200+ channels), DVD player and occasional furniture. There is a second sitting room which has comfortable seating and a good supply of reading books and games for quiet times. There are four bedrooms. Bedroom one has a roof terrace overlooking the garden, it is furnished with a kingsize bed, co-ordinating bedroom furniture and has an en-suite shower room with a double shower, WC and wash hand basin.
