Towels are available on request at £3 per guest. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. The family bathroom has a white suite of bath, WC and wash hand basin. No pets. No smoking in the property. All fuel costs are included in the rental. There are 2 parking spaces beside the property. The decked area spans the frontage of the property, it is gated and enclosed and has wonderful sea views. It is furnished with a table, 6 chairs, 2 loungers and a parasol.

The seaside towns of Aberaeron (3 miles) with its rainbow of elegant Georgian houses and New Quay (5 miles) famous for its resident dolphins are both well worth a visit. Aberystwyth is a half hour drive and has a beach with promenade, vernacular railway, the national Library of Wales and many interesting museums, caf?s, galleries and individual shops. Llanerchaeron is close by and is a living museum of life in the 18th century.

Between New Quay & Aberaeron This large restored farmhouse is situated just off the road from the seaside towns of New Quay (4m) to Aberaeron (4m). Both towns have a beach, harbour, good range of shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants. There are day trips in Cardigan Bay to watch the resident dolphins and sometimes even rarer sea mammals. Llanarth is half a mile away and has a village store and a pub which serves good food. The house has recently been renovated to a high standard throughout.
