Hidden away (approximately 4.5 miles from the Town of Cardigan) along a maze of country lanes is the ancient parish and community of Mwnt.

Today, Mwnt is know for its lovely sheltered beach which is flanked by high cliffs on both sides and also for the tiny picturesque Church that sits on the flat land high above the beach.

Mwnt is a popular holiday destination for those that like to get away from the hustle an bustle of daily life and just enjoy the simplicity of walking to the beach, enjoying the splendid views of Cardigan Bay, and maybe exploring the Ceredigion Coast Path - which also passes through Mwnt.
