We have interesting river walks on the farm where you can see a variety of birds and animals including kingfishers and the occasional otter.
Make your way to Brecon Canal Basin for a lovely stroll, and the Brecon Beacons National Park is only 6 miles away, the Brecon Beacons are just to the south of Brecon, the National Showcaves Centre for Wales about 25 miles away.
Brecon has 2 interesting museums; Y Gaer Museum Art Gallery and Library, and the Royal Welsh Regimental Museum.
Hay On Wye is a short drive away, which is the town of the book festival but is of interest all year round due to good shopping, interesting restaurants a good market on Thursdays and of course thousands of books.
