“Disappointed more info is not provided re access to property.”

It is down a very narrow lane with virtually no passing points. Also that access surface is unsatisfactory. Also TV system does not work well. Only channels BBC!/2 NO ITV !!!!

“We are so disappointed, never book again from skye’s cottages .”

First time we booked self catering and book from their website and there is no key code for door , owner left the door opened for us and said door is opened and keys are inside but when we reach there , location was very confusing and dark so we couldn’t check in on that day and very next day when we wanted to go there for check in , there was another family who did not any booking starts staying there , we were very upset and contacted skye’s cottages they said someone else entered so now we are going to refund us . we have a 5 years old child with us we were very upset , no where to go , i cooked food all food ruined , our all holidays ruined . never book again from them .

“Check in time needs confirming, 3pm or 4pm.”

Should be advertised as a working farm, not everyone likes animals around. More privacy would have been better at the rear, some form of screen or planting. Inside was spotless and care had been taken to provide equipment and utensils needed. Towels and bedding amazing.
