The property

Located on the Offa’s Dyke path in Llantilio Crossenny, Monmouthshire, Pentwyn farm is a Grade II listed farmhouse with a granary, two outbuildings, two beautifully appointed function barns, an outdoor swimming pool (heated all year round) and spa.

The property has been done up to the highest standards of sustainability with a blend of traditional crafts and contemporary technology to preserve heritage and energy efficiency, with ground source energy and underfloor heating throughout.

Enjoying a stunning location on the Offa’s Dyke path between the Wye Valley AONB and the Brecon Beacons National Park the interiors boast exposed beams and original features along with 360 awe-inspiring views of the surrounding countryside and mountains.

The accommodation consists of the Farmhouse and Granary, the Bull house, and the Brew house.

This is complemented by the Calf shed (Games room with table tennis) the Corn barn and the Spa (Mineral swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge).

The Farmhouse and Granary are set over three floors with six beautifully decorated bedrooms: three super-king-size with en-suite showers, two super-kings and a king (all zip/link) with adjoining bathrooms.

Within The Farmhouse/Granary you will find a spacious kitchen with an inviting woodburning stove, two sitting rooms with woodburning stoves, a utility room, a dining room, and a cloakroom.

The Bull House includes two well-presented super-king-size bedrooms, complete with their own en-suite shower rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a light and airy living/dining room with plush seating and woodburning stove, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.

The Brew House, consists of one king-size bedroom, an en-suite shower room, and a romantic open-plan kitchen/living space with woodburning stove.

The accommodation enjoys access to the extensive grounds, where you’ll find terraces and patios, the swimming pool, sauna, and hot tub and plunge pool, as well as a games room.

Check out the Three Castles Walk starting at White Castle in Llantilio Crossenny and enjoy the castles, pubs and walks at nearby villages such as Grosmont, Skenfrith, and Clytha, or take the short drive to Raglan, where you can visit the remarkable Raglan Castle and dine at The Ship Inn or The Beaufort.
