The biggest thing was garden access is either through a bedroom or out the front door and round the house and this was also where you had to carry refuge to put it in the garage. Some areas could do with a deep clean as there was quite a lot of dust and cobwebs. the shower heads had limescale build up. the instructions around the house and in the folder were worded in a way that didnt feel welcoming.
