“We have just returned from this property and we’re a little disappointed.”
Normally there is a welcome ‘pack’ on arrival, giving details of WiFi code, heating instructions etc. All we had was a load of cleaning products and instructions of emptying the bin and taking the bedding off. I understand the need for these, but there were no personal touches. The bungalow is actually quite tired and I don’t like to complain, but it wasn’t clean...with lots of dust on skirting boards and in the bathroom. I used the back bedroom and the wooden furniture smelled really bad. There was a dehumidifier in the property so I assume there’s a damp problem. It takes a long time to fill the bowl with water to wash dishes as the pipe work is old and inadequate. Also, a bigger bin is needed as there’s no option to recycle anything. On the plus side, the area is lovely and quiet with a big field nearby and the shops are all within walking distance. Fishguard is a pretty place with lots of stunning views from great walks. Nice to have a decent sized TV in the living area with built in Netflix.

We are so sorry to hear that you were disappointed in your stay. Had we been made aware of these issues at the time of your booking, we could have looked to rectify these for you during your stay to make yourselves more comfortable. The Wifi password is located on the back of the router which is visible within the property.
