“Unfortunately, my feedback on the property is not very positive.”

Its located on an estate of similar properties in Cuffern which is over a mile away from Roch and is not really within walking distance as its down a narrow unlit lane. The property is spacious but generally in need of some TLC. For example, the paving/patio area needs jet washing, the picnic bench is green and covered with algae so we couldn't sit on it. No other outside seating is provided. Some areas inside the property also need attention. Floor tiles in the kitchen and bathroom need a deep ...

Floor tiles in the kitchen and bathroom need a deep clean, the shower doesn't drain properly and the freezer needs defrosting. The toilet seat was hanging off which my husband fixed! Table tops had not been wiped over and there was lots of dust on window sills, blinds and skirtings. Maybe the owner should speak to the property management company regarding these issues. With regard to comfort, the sofas are sagging and uncomfortable and the mattress on the king size bed is very hard despite the mattress topper. You'll need to take everything you need for cooking as only salt and pepper is provided. Some useful additions in the kitchen would be containers for storing food, cling film, pint glasses and ice cube trays. On a positive note, Pembrokeshire is a beautiful area of Wales with lots of lovely beaches such as Barafundle Bay, Broad Haven, White Sands Bay, Newport Beach. Its also worth taking a trip over the Preseli Mountains for the lovely views. Also, the pub in Roch, the Victoria In Brewhouse, has a micro-brewery and is well worth a visit but you'll need to drive there from the property.
