“We had an amazing family break.”

The Farm is full of character and space. The bedrooms are mostly dormitory style, so don't expect luxury, as the farm is used for city children to experience rural life. This is evidenced in the children's pictures, stones, shells and art all around the building. We loved being able to recycle and the food waste going to the farm. We had everything there we needed. The kitchen is a great size to cater for large families or groups. Although we could have done with a few more glasses and large plates for the adults to use. The 4 outside areas are lovely; a courtyard, a huge back garden/field (large enough for a game of rounders and that was in one corner!). There is large planted area off of the field with a little willow hideaway and then another walled garden with a firepit and bowling. The children had a television and electronic free weekend with plenty to keep them busy. They were able to run around to their hearts content and space to have quiet time too.
