“Everyone looks for their own preferences when booking a holiday cottage and this one is one of the best we've stayed in.”

It was a lovely cottage with excellent cleanliness and it was exceptionally well equipped, especially the wonderful games room. However what really stood out was how peaceful the place was, surrounded by a huge amount of garden and grounds, with no one around apart from the log cabin (which is hidden from view), the place gave the best sense of peace, quiet and privacy. Perfect for families, couples, young and old alike. Thanks for the stay.

The property

This charming, detached, stone-built cottage is one of the prettiest in this lovely part of Wales.

It has beautiful lawned gardens in a very secluded location, where there is often only bird song to hear.

With three delightful bedrooms, a cosy sitting room and a lovely country kitchen with a warming woodburner, this cottage will welcome you home after a day spent exploring the area.

The property has a large games room with darts, table tennis, table football, jigsaws, and garden games; the games room has a utility area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge-freezer and facilities for making hot drinks.

With walks from the doorstep, and the scenic coastal path and sandy beaches within a few miles, plus the bonus of a well-equipped games room, this picturesque cottage is perfect for your family holiday all year round.

Marros Cottages

Choose between two charmingly different cottages in the most peaceful location - or, for a larger group, book both! Marros Cottages are at the end of a half-mile farm lane and comprise the stone-built Pwll Cottage (Ref. 979533) and the cosy, Scandinavian log cabin Little Trees (Ref. 981301). The cottages are located at Marros which is a small village about 3 miles east of Amroth and there are public footpaths and tracks direct from the garden gates so you can explore the local countryside – the coastal path with its lovely views is only a 1 mile walk away. Each of these cottages has a private outdoor area: they do not overlook each other, have separate driveway/parking, and yet are just a minute’s walk away from each other. Each is well-equipped and lovingly furnished and decorated by the owners to make you feel at home and ready to relax as soon as you arrive. Marros Cottages are half way between the wonderful sandy beaches of Amroth and Pendine, and with the award winning Pembrokeshire coastal path close by, you can enjoy invigorating coastal walks right from the door.
