Ian Thomas “The three properties on site were all very good,(was shown all by the owner), who was as nice as the property.”
- Ian Thomas, March 2025 -
Paul “Really nice cosy cottage.”
Well equipped and lovely and clean. The welcome cakes, tea bags and milk much appreciated after a 7 hour drive. Beach parking permit was also a nice touch. I would only mark it down based on the description of the cottage having a 'pretty, lawned garden'. Whilst there is a shared courtyard space in front of the house with some grass with bench/chairs, there is no private garden as such. So if you want a secure space for a dog then this cottage might disappoint.

Stanley “Excellent. A delightful, cosy cottage.”
We had a lovely relaxing week. Perfect location. Looking forward to going again!
- Stanley, October 2024 -
Steve “Lovely, cozy cottage in a great location not far from Newgale beach which the owners kindly left a parking permit for us to use.”
We had a super holiday, the surrounding Pemrokeshire coast is stunning.
- Steve, September 2024 -
Jane “This is being really picky, the cottage and everything was lovely, however, as a short person I would have appreciated a lower shelf in the bathroom to put my toiletries on.”
...I ended up climbing into the bath to reach the shelf! Other than that, the cottage was lovely, in a great location to reach the more popular places to visit. The pub down the road was good for food and easily to get too without the car!
- Jane, September 2024 -
Samuel “Lovely location, clean comfortable, and ideal for touring surrounding areas.”
Will definitely book again.

Fiona “Very comfortable, clean and well equipped cottage.”
The little extras were really appreciated... Milk and cakes on arrival, all the information on the area, and even washing pods for the washing machine. Thank you for a lovely stay.
- Fiona, June 2024 -
Jannigje “We had a great time in the cottage, it is so well equipped and comfortable and quiet.”
After our daily hikes on the South West Coast Path it was wonderful to return to our little home, prepare ourselves a meal and relax. We enjoyed the little happy birds around the cottage. We went to the local pub on wednesday and participated in the pubquiz and had a great evening.
- Jannigje, June 2024 -
Peter “Absolutely faultless.”

Liz “We loved our stay at Eynon's cottage.”
It was comfortable & well equipped with a nice outdoor space where we were able to enjoy the lovely Pembrokeshire sunshine. The cottage is in a small village not far from the Pembrokeshire coast. There is a friendly pub in the village which serves decent pub grub.
- Liz, June 2024 -
Edwina Debra “My daughter myself and our dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eynons cottage.”
IT was well maintained nice snack awaited us on our arrival. Plenty of useful information for surrounding points of interest, dog friendly places to visit. Will definitely visit again and have recommended to friends and family.
- Edwina Debra, May 2024 -
Christine “What a lovely holiday we had, even the sun came out!”
! The cottage was cosy and comfy, the owners Juliet and Paul were extremely helpful and friendly. Everything we could need and more was supplied and good recommendations for local eateries were very useful. Also an added bonus of a parking pass for Newgale sands car park was provided. We certainly will recommend the cottages to others, and will hopefully be returning for another stay. Thanks to all concerned.
- Christine, May 2024 -
Jane “The cottage was all we'd hoped for and more!”
Comfortable, cosy and warm; very clean and well maintained- the owners had thought of everything, including a small laundry in a separate room attached to the end of the building. The single bedroom is very nice, with an extra space at the end with an armchair, so it's like a little sitting room (nice in the night if you're a poor sleeper). The welcome boxes included mini shampoo etc, which was useful. The owner helped out when we had a problem, which was kind. There is a courtyard outside the cottage with lots of plants and some seating. It was good to be near the main road- quiet at night, but handy for getting going on each day trip. We're looking forward to coming again!

David “As we appreciated beforehand, the cottage is quite small, as described in the listing, but it was very comfortable and well equipped.”
It suited us extremely well. Also the owners of the cottage were welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. On one occasion, when someone drove into our car in St David's they were invaluable in identifying some local resources that we were able to use in order to continue our holiday and keep in our own car.
- David, September 2023 -
Matt “Lovely cottage, very friendly host, everything we needed.”
Only point to raise , there was no pod coffee machine, perhaps the listing needs updating. Thanks for the fantastic welcome folder, we used this to have a wonderful holiday. Thank you
- Matt, July 2023 -
Julian “We had a wonderful stay and the owner are very friendly and helpful.”
The beach is 2 minutes away by car and many other trips to St. Davids, Tenby and Martin‘s Haven are easily accessible by car.
- Julian, July 2023 -
Paul “A smart TV would be a great upgrade.”

Roger “Lovely comfortable cottage”
- Roger, June 2023 -
Lisa “We had a fantastic stay at Eynons Cottage.”
We had a lovely plate of Welsh Cakes waiting for us on arrival and a pint of milk in the fridge. There was also a very helpful Welcome folder giving recommendations on walks, local beaches and restaurants. The cottage felt homely and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It is at a great location for everything we wanted to do, including visiting Skomer Island to see the puffins. We would highly recommend.
- Lisa, May 2023 -
Angela “The area is spectacular and we enjoyed our holiday very much.”
One point which needs attention, the write up says ‘shop one minute’. After a long journey we expected to be able to buy basics - milk, bread etc, however the shop was no longer in business, closed behind wire barriers. The other point, the second bedroom smelled very damp and the clothes we left in there smelled very musty. Luckily we were not sleeping in that room. Otherwise the cottage was fine with everything we needed.
- Angela, May 2023Thank you for your feedback and we are glad you enjoyed the spectacular local area. The village shop sadly closed abruptly and without notice and we are sorry to hear that this caused you a problem. We are hopeful that it may soon reopen under new ownership, but in the meantime we are alerting visitors of this change in our pre-arrival note. We have checked the bedroom carefully and there is no evidence of damp - but the wardrobe had not been used for a couple of months and we have now aired it thoroughly. Property Owner

- Sharon, December 2022 -
John “Lovely cottage in a wonderful location with access to costal path and local beaches.”
- John, September 2022 -
Jane “Very clean and adequate facilities.”
However would have expected toilet roll and soap to be placed out rather than having to stand in bath to reach box on shelf with items in. Welcome milk and cake was a nice touch though
- Jane, June 2022Thank you for feedback. We do provide a generous welcome pack to help guests enjoy their stay. We leave this is in a box to help guests find what they might need and also because we are then able to just replace what has been used. We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty reaching this and will move to a more accessible location for future guests Property Owner
