The property

This stunning apartment is situated in a prime location, offering panoramic views over picturesque Tenby Harbour and the beautiful North Beach from both the bedroom and large Bay windows.

A short stroll takes you to the scenic and historic centre of Tenby with all its shops, cafés and restaurants as well as to the beaches, harbour and castle.

The property sleeps 2 to 4 and is ideal for a couple or small family/group looking for a wonderful beach holiday in summer but with so much more to offer all year round in the spectacular Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. There’s plenty to see and do for everyone from historic castles to the packed calendar of events hosted by Tenby all year round.

These include fireworks and live music on the harbour in high summer as well as a wide range of sporting events which unfold on the beach below or pass under the windows as cyclists and runners sprint for the finish line further along the High Street.

Decorated to a high standard this first floor apartment features a large open plan sitting/dining room with a grand bay window and a modern fitted kitchen. A sofa bed with pocket sprung mattress is provided as well as comfortable armchairs and large flat screen TV with DVD player.

The luxurious double bedroom features a large sash window with shutters which open to reveal views of the castle from the comfortable bed.

The period look is completed with a chandelier and ornate ceiling rose and a large floor standing mirror. Off the hallway is a contemporary tiled family bathroom with spot lighting, shower over bath, W/C and basin.

About the location

TENBY

Pembroke 11 miles; Carmarthen 26 miles.

The bustling seaside resort of Tenby, known within Wales as “The Jewel in the Crown", is majestically positioned on the spectacularly beautiful 'Welsh Riviera'. Tenby is part of the stunning 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coast National Park where the water is warmed by the Gulf Stream and the county is one of the sunniest places in the UK. Enclosed by medieval walls, this beautiful town features a maze of cobbled streets, hosting an array of quirky shops, indoor locally-sourced food market, tea rooms and tempting restaurants. Almost three miles of stunning, Blue Flag-awarded beaches provide a variety of watersports, whilst walkers and cyclists can enjoy the local flora and fauna on the coastal paths, something the competitors of the world-renowned Tenby Iron-Man contest (held in mid-September) haven’t time for! A boat trip to Caldey Island is recommended to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the monastery and island scenery, and you can enjoy seal and puffin sightings en-route! Explore the magnificent Tudor Merchant's House, or visit the nearby resorts of Saundersfoot or Manobier. For teens and younger visitors, Oakwood Theme Park provides a brilliant, fun-filled day out whilst Folly Farm offers everything from old-fashioned fairground rides to animals both local and exotic! The perfect location for an enjoyable and varied holiday.
