Such a beautiful place. Always spotless and the host is also fabulous. We look forward to our next stay in 2023

Helen “This is an absolutely stunning apartment to stay in, with everything you could need.”
The hosts were on hand to answer any questions. Only negative feed back would be a folder on how to use appliances and a book to leave feedback in. We will return we had such a good week and such beautiful weather for November
- Helen, November 2022 -
Bryn “Downsides, no paperwork for appliances, took us ages to work out how to use the extractor fan, no smart tv, we found the big sofa uncomfortable it is very low.”
We told the owner that the thermostatic valve on the downstairs bathroom was broken , it had been glued up badly before, he didnt seem bothered although it didnt affect our stay. Upside, it is very clean and well equiped beds are comfortable with offroad parking and in a great place to explore Tenby and this part of Pembrokeshire good for a family of 4 or two couples.
- Bryn, October 2022 -
Rick “This is our Second Visit To The Gallery & Just as good this time 1st Class in all respects.”
- Rick, September 2022 -
Peter “I lovely place with plenty of space and everything that you need.”
A really quiet spot and only 5 mins walk to beach and high street. Could do with a visitor book with information about appliances, Tenby and the surrounding area as well what to do with the recycling.
- Peter, August 2022 -
Richard “Excellent apartment, very clean, well presented and friendly landlord.”
- Richard, August 2022 -
Brian “Lovely quiet property with easy parking and a short walk to the beach, shop and town.”
- Brian, July 2022 -
Jennifer “The Gallery is a lovely, bright modern apartment with the benefit of private parking and a small sunny balcony for sitting out, 5 mins walk to the esplanade/town but does include a hill!”
! Spare towels would be an advantage and possibly either a radio or small bedroom tv for lazy breakfast cuppas!! I also found the lack of any type of dressing table for toiletries/cosmetics/jewellery/hair products etc slightly frustrating but we did improvise! We did enjoy our stay and Tenby is still the pretty town it has always been
- Jennifer, July 2022 -
Elizabeth “Lovely clean spacious apartment in quiet location.”
Would definitely book again
- Elizabeth, April 2022 -
Judith “Great location with just a few minutes walk to the centre of Tenby.”

Moira “Have you received my feedback as it's not been put on the reviews for The Gallery Tenby M Grinyer”
- Moira, March 2022 -
Peter “Door to the veranda would not lock, I have phoned the owner to tell him.”
Would have liked a handle when getting out of the bath, and a bath mat in the bath not to slip when getting out of the bath after a shower.
- Peter, February 2022 -
Pat “Had a great stay at The Gallery.”
Its a really lovely property having everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Only a short walk (uphill) in to Tenby so ideally located.
- Pat, December 2021 -
Emma “We loved this property and would definitely stay again!”
Everything was of a high standard, the property was clean and well-equipped too.
- Emma, October 2021 -
Howard “Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gallery, it was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything that we needed.”
Great location as well, with a short walk into town and an even shorter walk to a local Pub just down the road. Plus we caught the weather just right, no rain all week, that was a bonus. We would definitely stop at the Gallery again if in the area. Thank you for a great stay.
- Howard, October 2021 -
Christopher “We had never been to Tenby and decided to have week there.”
We loved it and the apartment was the perfect place to stay. Very roomy and tastefully appointed in a contemporary style the apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Maybe a grab bar in the downstairs bath /shower would be a safer option. The owner had also thoughtfully left some fresh milk and welsh cakes as a welcome pack. Add to that its location just a couple of minutes walk to the North Shore and maybe 5 minutes to the main centre made it ideal. Having a parking space at the apartment was also a big plus. We would definitely recommend Tenby and The Gallery as a 'must do' holiday or break.
- Christopher, September 2021 -
Simon “Excellent property well presented and very nice think we will be going back next year”
- Simon, August 2021 -
Linda “Lovely clean modern place to stay, 5 minutes walk from the center and beaches.”
Cooking facilities were excellent if you do not want to eat out. Owner easy to contact if there was anything you needed to ask. Alround excellent.
- Linda, June 2021 -
Helen “The Gallery is the perfect base to stay in Tenby.”
The cleanliness and presentation of this holiday property is second to none. It had everything we needed (and much more) to have a comfortable enjoyable stay. Your view from the house is over a row of pastel coloured homes. It is worth noting that sea views would command a much, much higher price. We were so happy that we had chosen a property that had a car parking space and that was a quick walk to the delights of Tenby. I think that to have off street parking at a holiday property in Tenby is very desirable and pretty rare! Young, old or somewhere in the middle there are plenty of activities to entertain you. Boat trips (a walk away) Manor Zoo, and Heatherton Activity Centre a 10 minute car journey away. Lovely, clean beaches everywhere you can just lose yourself staring out to sea. Plenty of restaurants, chip shops, and a brilliant pizza place called Top Joes. If you like to cater for yourself, the Copper Hog Butchers will have plenty to tempt you. There is a Coop very nearby but perhaps best to get there at the start of the day as they can run out of milk at busy holiday periods. One of the best holidays we have ever had, Thank you.
- Helen, May 2021 -
Stephen “Two comments: Taps dripping in kitchen and downstairs bathroom No shaver points Apart from that very satisfied”
- Stephen, May 2021 -
Jackie “Excellent property, unfortunately outlook wasn’t that great.”
Can’t have everything as proverty was so good and such an easy walk to beach, town and shops.
- Jackie, September 2020 -

- Derek, February 2020 -

Perfect for 2 couples or a small family.
- Gary, December 2019 -
Scott “This was our 3rd year in a row that we have stayed at the Gallery, my family and I love staying here, it’s a wonderful place to stay and so conveniently located, near enough to walk to the beach and the town but far enough away to enjoy the peace as well.”
The house has had a few improvements since last year which show the owner is committed to looking after his property. I would highly recommend this property to all my family, friends and colleagues if they were looking for somewhere to stay in Tenby. In addition the Sykes team have been great throughout our stays with them, they are always top of my list when looking for holiday rentals.
- Scott, August 2019 -
Elizabeth “The apartment was very clean and plenty of room to relax/socialise.”
Facilities were all good, comfortable beds, luxurious baths/shower, well equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. A few minutes walk to the beach/town. In a cul-de-sac opposite houses so view from large windows was not picturesque but let in lots of light. Directions were not clear as St John's Hill nor Zion Gardens had street signs. Tenby has lots to offer; fantastic beaches, shops, restaurants, views and activities. Hi-lights include watching lifeboat launch and mussels and crab claws at Hope and Anchor pub.
- Elizabeth, May 2019 -
John “The Gallery was well appointed being easy walking distance to Tenby and all amenities.”
The apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfy.
- John, April 2019 -
Craig “We loved this apartment.”
very modern and clean, with a great location.
- Craig, April 2019 -
Joe “The GF and I returned from The Gallery having really enjoyed the property.”
It is beautifully furnished, clean and for a self catering house is really well equipped with the size of the fridge and freezer and cupboard space being ample. On arrival, there was enough washing up liquid to last the week and a couple of dishwasher tablets. We used the kitchen quite a bit, whilst there were a lot of trays for baking and a good selection of saucepans/frying pans, there wasn't a casserole type dish. I would recommend thinking about your meals in advance and taking any equipment. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were linked by a walkway and we did have some concern that neighbours could see us walking from one to the other. Dressing gowns a must! Overall, we really enjoyed The Gallery albeit it was a little cold as we couldn't get the heating to work, but it is a lovely property and located really close to the centre of the town. One last word on how to find The Gallery. It is located on St John's Hill. Dependent on which way you come in to Tenby, you will see the Albany Hotel. As you drive down St Johns Hill, you will see two one way signs. The first one is opposite Rectory Court and the second one is opposite the entrance to Zion Gardens. When you enter Zion Gardens, after the second speed bump turn left and The Gallery is on the right.
- Joe, March 2019 -
Martin “A wonderful clean and spacious apartment.”
Top class in every respect.
- Martin, March 2019 -
Damian “Great apartment in fab location.”
Light, bright, clean and very comfortable. Just a short walk to Tenby beach and centre. Great base for exploring Pembrokeshire National park and other various attraction in its vicinity. Hope to return in the near future.
- Damian, February 2019 -
Scott “Staying at the gallery is a pleasure, it’s a home from home, this was our 2nd stay here and we’ll be back next year as well, the location is great, not too far from the beach and town centre but far away enough for it to be a quiet stay.”
The house itself is clean and well equipped, very comfortable and everything thing we as a family need. The owner is very friendly and available if you need him without being intrusive. Thank you for another lovely stay at the gallery.
- Scott, August 2018 -
Stephanie “The Gallery was fabulous, really clean and in a perfect location.”
5 minutes walk into town and the beach. Tenby was a great family destination.
- Stephanie, August 2018 -
Victor “The owner was most helpful had a good chat with us about the local area”
- Victor, July 2018 -
Rita “We really enjoyed this property and would have no hesitation in recommending the gallery.”
Every need was catered for and accommodation was really well furnished and had the “wow” factor.
- Rita, May 2018 -
Austin “The accommodation was lovely.”
The only thing we would suggest is the owner has a guest brochure. Simple things like good restaurants, take away, what to do with rubbish bags etc. Would defiantly stay at the accommodation again next time we stay in tenby.
- Austin, April 2018 -
Ali “The Gallery is a beautiful apartment and we really enjoyed our stay there.”
Overall it is very comfortable and we'd happily return in the future. Tenby is an excellent holiday location for families - lots to do in the two and in the surrounding area. The apartment was not quite as well-equipped as we would have expected, for example, there was only one large towel along with several small towels (for two adults, two children) there was no broom to keep the property clean, only the one bin bag (specialist to the area) and Internet connection is shared with the property below, so connection is weak. Really it needs an extension router.
- Ali, March 2018 -
Roger “Apartment very cosy and very close to town centre.”
- Roger, October 2017 -
Honor “The property was excellent and extremely well maintained.”
In an excellent position within walking distance of restaurants and beaches .We could not fault i.t
- Honor, June 2017 -
Paul “Unlike any apartment we have stayed before.”
A totally unique property in a fabulous location.
- Paul, March 2017 -
David “Excellent apartment with brilliant facilities.”
Needs a mirror in upstairs bedroom, downstairs shower leaks (and had been reported by a previous tenant). Stayed in the day it rained and watched TV. Couldn't listen because the sound quality is appalling.
- David, September 2016 -
Ken “The property was well kept but did require some fine tuning.”
When we arrived we found 2items broke.Phone the key holder who arrived straight away to sort. The down stairs shower was leaking from the shower head, and over time got unbearable as at night it echoed through the property. This requires imeadiate attention. There was no small saucepan and the tin opener was useless, would not open any tins. Also there was no kitchen scissors. On a personal level a mirror in each of the bedroom would be good. Also on a personal note a tv would be good in both bedrooms. This property was good for money but requires a bit of fine tuning, would recommend and had a good stay once we found as Zion gardens is not on sat nav.Very good property.
- Ken, September 2016 -

Mr Parker “A great apartment - very stylish and clean.”
There was plenty of cutlery, etc. So we were never short of a cup or a plate when we needed it! The location was excellent too - just a 5 min walk to the beach and the shops. This, combined with the parking space right outside, meant a nice hassle-free holiday. Would recommend and in fact I already have!
- Mr Parker, April 2015 -
Timothy “The Gallery apartment is lovely, bright, clean and modern with everything you could need for a stay away.”
Great to have all facilities like a washing machine, tumble drier, TV, WiFi etc. included. Tenby is a beautiful location with so many great family days out, most about 10 minutes from the town. I couldn't ask for any more - even the weather was good for us, especially for February.
- Timothy, February 2015 -
Kath “The accommodation was excellent, photos do not do it justice.”
We met the owner who couldn't have been more helpful. It is as described, within easy walking distance of Tenby town centre and the beaches, also easy road access to the surrounding area.

- Simon, April 2012 -

Modern, clean, right in the middle of Tenby. I felt like the 'Queen of Sheba' in the oversize bath. Beaches and walks were beautiful, the owner was really friendly. The bustling seaside resort of Tenby, known within Wales as “The Jewel in the Crown", is majestically positioned on the spectacularly beautiful 'Welsh Riviera'. Tenby is part of the stunning 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coast National Park where the water is warmed by the Gulf Stream and the county is one of the sunniest places in the UK. Enclosed by medieval walls, this beautiful town features a maze of cobbled streets, hosting an array of quirky shops, indoor locally-sourced food market, tea rooms and tempting restaurants. Almost three miles of stunning, Blue Flag-awarded beaches provide a variety of watersports, whilst walkers and cyclists can enjoy the local flora and fauna on the coastal paths, something the competitors of the world-renowned Tenby Iron-Man contest (held in mid-September) haven’t time for! A boat trip to Caldey Island is recommended to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the monastery and island scenery, and you can enjoy seal and puffin sightings en-route! Explore the magnificent Tudor Merchant's House, or visit the nearby resorts of Saundersfoot or Manobier. For teens and younger visitors, Oakwood Theme Park provides a brilliant, fun-filled day out whilst Folly Farm offers everything from old-fashioned fairground rides to animals both local and exotic! The perfect location for an enjoyable and varied holiday.
