The holiday property is within walking distance of Aberbach Bay and a few minutes drive of the other small beaches at Pwllgwaelod and Cwm Yr Eglwys where you can walk around Dinas Head for some spectacular coastal views over Newport and Fishguard Bays.
There is a bus stop situated a minute's walk from the studio with a service to local coastal paths and towns including Newport 4 miles and Fishguard 3 where you will find weekly Farmers Markets and individual shops as well as good eateries and welcoming pubs.
The spacious accommodation has been reversed with the living area upstairs taking full advantage of the glorious views over the coast and surrounding countryside.
The entrance into the oak floored hallway, leads into two prettily furnished bedrooms.
BEDROOM 1 contains a double bed, bedroom furniture, and TV.
BEDROOM 2 contains a single bed and bedroom furniture.
Pretty co-ordinating bedlinen is provided for the beds which have duvets.
The BATHROOM, also on the ground floor, contains a suite of freestanding bath, shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.
The utility room contains an automatic washing machine and tumble drier.
An open-tread solid oak staircase leads into a spacious LOUNGE/DININGROOM and KITCHEN which are tastefully decorated and furnished. This room has a vaulted ceiling, picture windows and patio doors which lead on to a small balcony with a spiral staircase leading down to the enclosed courtyard.
The LOUNGE/DINING AREA is furnished with comfortable settees, flat screen digital TV, DVD player, dining table and chairs.
The KITCHEN is fully fitted with a good selection of units and includes electric hob, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave oven.
There is a secluded walled garden, which is enclosed and safe for children at the rear of the property.
There is also a patio with built in barbecue and garden furniture provided.
There is ample parking space.
Electricity is included in the rental. Gas central heating will be charged at £21.00 per week when required. Please pay at property.
Cot and highchair provided.
Towels are included in the rental.
