A beautiful stone barn conversion which was originally the farm Granary built over 150 years ago and now converted into an extremely comfortable "up-side-down" holiday home.

Many of the original features still remain like the massive exterior stone steps which were used to carry up the grain and the vaulted beamed ceilings and mellow stone walls which all enhance the character of the property.

Country lanes lead to the property, which is within a few minutes of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and excellent beaches including Newport and Poppit Sands and Ceibwr cove.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the freedom of the farm and woodland walks surrounding the cottage.

The country lanes and beaches near to this property are perfect for horse riding.
If you would like to bring your horse/s on holiday, stabling is offered at an extra charge, please ask for more details.

Holiday Accommodation

First Floor

The open plan LOUNGE and DINING room is on the first floor and benefits from distant sea views. It has an exposed beamed ceiling, log burning stove and a small stone balcony leading to the external staircase. It is nicely furnished with comfortable sofas, easy chairs, pine dining table and chairs, colour TV with Freeview and DVD player, CD player and items of occasional furniture.

The KITCHEN is also upstairs and fitted with a range of modern cream units incorporating an electric cooker, automatic washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven.

The upstairs SHOWER ROOM contains a shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

Stairs lead from the living area to the ground floor.

MASTER BEDROOM contains a pine king-size bed. 

BEDROOM 2 has twin beds.

BEDROOM 3 has 3' bunk beds.

All the bedrooms have bedroom furniture including bedside tables, lamps, chests and clothes hanging space. The beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

The FAMILY BATHROOM has a bath, hand basin and WC.

Garden and Parking

There are lovely lawned grounds around the property with room for children to play, as well as a large patio area with garden furniture and barbecue.

Plenty of parking space for 2 or more cars.

Other Information

There is night storage and electric heating throughout the cottage - electricity is charged according to use and payable at property.

A complimentary basket of logs is included, more are available at reasonable cost.

A cot and highchair are provided.

Towels are available to hire at £5 per guest.

A gym is available for guests use just across the yard.
