In contrast, the busy market town of Cardigan is no more than 3 miles away and it is not much further along the Teifi Estuary to the interesting village of St Dogmaels.
There are numerous local attractions,including the recently restored Cardigan Castle, now open to the public, yet this stretch of coast remains relatively uncommercialised.
This character cottage provides extremely comfortable accommodation comprising an entrance through small SUN LOUNGE /PORCH to a large hallway, furnished with a linen press, settle and other items of traditional furniture; the hallway can double as a play area for children.
The KITCHEN/DINER is a large airy room with a large pine table and dresser in the DINING AREA. The KITCHEN AREA is fitted with pine units, electric built in cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven.
The SITTING ROOM has a beamed ceiling, feature stone fireplace with open fire, comfortable seating, TV, radio CD player and items of antique furniture. There is also a wide selection of books to guarantee interesting holiday reading for all ages.
The BATHROOM, which is on the ground floor, contains bath with electric shower over and wash hand basin, the WC is separate. The washing machine is in a cupboard in the bathroom.
The stairs to the two bedrooms lead from the sitting room.
The MASTER BEDROOM contains a double bed and has a bay window with garden views.
BEDROOM 2 is ideal for children, with 3' bunk beds and a single 2'6" bed.
Bedlinen is provided for the beds, which all have duvets.
There is a lovely lawn with mature trees and space for children to play, garden furniture is provided.
