This comfortable and welcoming courtyard holiday house is situated within a renovated old farm square on a quiet lane on the edge of the village, but within walking distance of the many attractions of Solva - a picturesque coastal village with harbour within the Pembrokeshire National Park.
This ideally placed accommodation is a great starting point for walks along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and for exploration of surrounding areas, including St Davids and the Islands of Skomer and Ramsey.
There are several pubs and restaurants in Solva which provide meals - seafood being very popular.
The house is well furnished and equipped so that a relaxing holiday may be enjoyed.
The KITCHEN DINING ROOM provides a light and airy environment with a dining table and chairs and a high standard of equipment including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, conventional double oven and a hob.
Steps lead down to a comfortable SITTING ROOM with sofa and chairs, a TV with DVD player and an Ipod dock.
SHOWER ROOM with shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Door to outside paved area.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms:
BEDROOM 1 has a double bed.
BEDROOM 2 has twin beds. Fresh linen is provided for the beds.
The BATHROOM comprises a suite of bath, WC and wash hand basin and there is also an airing cupboard.
There is a patio with garden furniture.
Ample parking beside the house away from the lane.
Heating is by panel radiators and hot water by immersion heater, additionally there are night storage heaters.
