Enjoying a secluded spot in the north Pembrokeshire countryside, just a short drive from Cenarth, this detached holiday bungalow provides excellent accommodation in a lovely location off a quiet farm track.

The village of Boncath is half a mile away  It has a well stocked shop and Post Office.

Cardigan is 6 miles and Crymych is 4 miles - they offer a larger selection of individual shops and a leisure centre. 5 miles away is Cenarth where you can see salmon leaping in March/April and enjoy excellent salmon and sea trout fishing on the Teifi. Horse riding and farm parks close by.

There is a good selection of beaches within a 20 minute drive and the Preseli hills are great for walkers as well as the coastal path.

Holiday Accommodation

Entrance is into a lobby and through to the spacious KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM which has a double aspect and a laminate floor. The kitchen area has a range of modern white units incorporating an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining area has a pine refectory dining table with 8 leather chairs and a sideboard. TV with DVD.

The spacious LOUNGE has French doors leading to the garden.  It has an electric woodburning stove style fire in the fireplace and is furnished with two leather sofas, 2 leather tub chairs, occasional tables and a wall mounted 32" TV.

There are THREE DOUBLE BEDROOMS- all of which have a double bed, bedside tables, chest and wardrobe.

BEDROOM 4 has a single bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. All the bedrooms look out over pastureland. The beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

The FAMILY BATHROOM has a white suite of bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.

The SHOWER ROOM has a suite of curved shower cubicle with electric shower, hand basin and WC.

Garden & Parking

A large lawned and fenced garden with shrubs surrounds the property. There is a table and chairs and a barbecue for your use.

There are lovely views of the valley from the garden.

There are parking spaces for up to 4 cars on the gated drive.

Other Information

There is oil fired central heating throughout the property; this is included in the rental from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £35 per week at all other times.

A travel cot and a high chair are provided.

Towels are available to hire at £5 per guest.

Up to two well behaved pets are welcome.
