The Pembrokeshire Coastal path which has been named by the National Geographic as the second best walking destination in the world , is easily accessed as are the many lovely beaches and coves along this wonderful part of the North Pembrokeshire coastline.
An external flight of wooden stairs lead to a small balcony area.
Entrance is into a hallway and through to the open plan Kitchen, sitting and dining room
The KITCHEN area has a basic range of units, fridge/freezer , electric cooker and a microwave oven.
The DINING area has a dining table with two chairs.
The SITTING area has two comfortable leather sofas, coffee table, 40" flat screen TV with DVD player and a good selection of books and games.
The BEDROOM has a king size bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table, chest of drawers and wonderful views of Lower Town Harbour.
The bed will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival and towels are provided.
The bathroom has a corner bath with a shower over, WC and hand basin.
There is an attractive shared garden and patio area to the fore with amazing harbour and Gwaun Valley views. Plenty of seating areas are provided for your use.
Parking for 1 car only
There is gas central heating throughout the property; this is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £20 per week at all other times.
There is no washing machine; however the owners are happy to do washing for you by arrangement.
No smoking and no under 18's.
