The DINING AREA has a dining table with 2 chairs. Glazed doors lead to the patio where you can dine al-fresco.
The unusual SEMI-CIRCULAR KITCHEN has slit windows giving sea views. There is a range of sleek modern units incorporating electric oven and hob, fridge and a microwave oven. There is use of a washing machine in a nearby outbuilding.
The BEDROOM has a floor to ceiling window which enjoys sea views and another door to a second secluded patio with garden furniture and a designer barbecue. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables, chest with mirror and a wardrobe. The bed will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

There are two patios one of which is secluded and accessed via the bedroom, it has a designer barbecue.

Parking for up to two cars and a boat.
There is under floor heating throughout run by a bio-mass boiler, if required it is charged at a flat rate of £25 per week (pay at property please). At least 24 hours notice required.
A travel cot, highchair and baby bath are available.
Towels are included in the rental.
