If you are bringing a dog, the harbour is a great place at low tide for them to explore and there is also a lovely walk with spectacular views of the coastline starting at Lower Town and ending at Goodwick.
Within easy driving distance of the property are Newport, Strumble Head, Porthgain, St Davids and Solva.
Entrance is through wooden gate with a sweeping steep hill drive to side of the house with parking for 2/3 cars.
Railed decking leads to the front door and also through separate sliding doors to the open plan kitchen, sitting and dining room.
The KITCHEN AREA has a bay window overlooking the garden and is fitted with a range of units incorporating a range style cooker with 5 burner gas hob, 2 electric ovens, grill, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.
DINING AREA - There is a central dining table with 6 chairs.
The SITTING ROOM is light and airy with sliding patio doors to the large decked area which has views of the picturesque harbour. The sitting room has a log fire and is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, armchair, side tables, Wall mounted TV with freesat and DVD player as well as a selection of books and games.
There is a UTILITY ROOM with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
There are three bedrooms.
BEDROOM 1 has a harbour view and is furnished with a kingsize bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
The EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM has a shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
BEDROOM 2 has two 3' beds, bedside cabinet and a wardrobe with drawers.
BEDROOM 3 has a 4' double bed so is spacious for one and cosy for two, there are bedside cabinets and a wardrobe with drawers. All the beds are made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
The FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of curved shower bath with electric shower over, WC and hand basin.
Garden & Parking
The property is situated in half an acre of grounds on a very steep hillside plot with a small stream running through the garden.
There is a lawn area outside the kitchen with fabulous views of the harbour and Quay.
There is a large outside decking area to enjoy the great views and summer meals. It is west facing so you will enjoy the benefit of the setting sun.
Up 10 steps is a an area complete with permanent Barbeque and lovely views of the harbour.
There is parking for 1 or 2 cars at the top of the steep drive and 2 cars at bottom of drive inside the gates for cautious drivers.
Central heating throughout and instant hot water. This is included in the rental from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £35 per week October to April - payable when booking please.
A travel cot and high chair are available.
Up to two pets are welcome.

Towels are available to hire for £5 per guest (not for beach use).
