This comfortable holiday cottage is situated in Marloes village less than a mile from the stunning golden sands of Marloes Beach, Musselwick Sands and is just 2 miles from the village of Dale.

The island of Gateholm is accessible at low tide and the Pembrokeshire coastal path is easily joined.

This stretch of coast is stunningly beautiful and rugged with glorious views of the bird islands of Skokholm and Skomer. There are regular island boat trips from nearby Martin's Haven to see the Puffins, Gannets and Shearwaters on Skomer.

Marloes has a village pub (The Lobster Pot), Church, Post Office and shop with cafe (open all year) so most needs are catered for, Milford Haven is 9 miles and Haverfordwest is 12 miles.

Holiday Accommodation

Ground Floor

Entrance is into the hallway with a cloakroom containing WC and hand basin to your left.

The KITCHEN has a range of fully fitted oak units incorporating integral appliances of electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

The L shaped LOUNGE/DINER has patio doors leading to a porch and out to the attractive small enclosed garden.

The DINING AREA has a dining table and 6 chairs.

The SITTING AREA has 2 comfortable sofas, pouffe, nest of tables, and a TV with DVD player.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobe and a chest with mirror.

BEDROOM 2 has a single bed (with a further pull out bed under for occasional use), bedside table, wardrobe and mirror.

BEDROOM 3 has a set of 3' bunk beds, bedside table, chest and space for hanging clothes.  Beds are all made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

The FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.

Garden and Parking

There is an open lawn area with adjacent drive to the fore of the property.

Parking space on the drive for two cars.

To the rear is a fully enclosed lawned garden with a small patio area, garden table and chairs.

There is oil central heating throughout the cottage.

A travel cot, booster seat chair attachment and stairgate are available on request.
