Newport has a great selection of places to eat, some lovely galleries and a handful of good old fashioned village shops.
The estuary is just a 5 minute walk away and is a great place for bird watchers to spot heron, curlew, lapwing, oystercatcher, kingfisher and more.
Newport Beach is a lovely stretch of silver sand with cliffs, caves and rockpools and great for walking, sandcastles, sailing, windsurfing and swimming.
Entrance is via a porch with space for walking boots and fishing rods and through to the hallway.
The hallway leads to the KITCHEN/DINING ROOM which has an excellent range of fitted units, gas hob with grill and double oven and fridge.
The DINING AREA has a dining table with 6 chairs.
The adjacent UTILITY ROOM has a sink, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and freezer.
The lovely SUNNY CONSERVATORY is off the kitchen and has a sofa, bean bags, TV, DVD player, iPod dock and a selection of games.
The spacious SITTING ROOM has a woodburning stove, 2 large comfortable sofas, TV with DVD, stereo, CD player and side tables.
There is a downstairs SHOWER ROOM with shower, WC and hand basin.
Carpeted stairs lead to the first floor where there are THREE BEDROOMS.
BEDROOM 1 has views of the mountain and is furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables, chest and has an EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM with suite of shower, WC and hand basin.
BEDROOM 2 is furnished with twin 2'6" beds (can be pushed together), bedside chest.
BEDROOM 3 has bunk beds, bedside lights and chest.
There is shared wardrobe space on the landing.
The FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.
Beds are made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
There is a small garden area with barbecue, large teak table and 6 chairs, bench and a washing line.
There is off road parking for two cars.
Gas central heating throughout - this is charged at a flat rate of £35 a week when required, please request and pay when booking. Electricity is included. A basket of logs is provided for the woodburner.
No baby equipment is supplied.
No towels - please bring your own.
One well behaved pet is welcome.
This property does not accept short breaks.
