A delightful holiday cottage set in the heart of Newport and within 5 minutes' walk of the estuary and coastal path.

This cottage provides stylish and comfortable accommodation for a couple or small family.

Newport is known as the pearl of the Pembrokeshire coast and it offers stunning coastal, estuary and hill walks, golf, good food and drink and interesting galleries and shops.

The cottage is on a bus route and you would not need to use a car at all.

Holiday Accommodation

Entry is off the road through a side door into the walled and enclosed courtyard, French doors lead into the large open plan SITTING AND DINING ROOM which has high exposed A frame ceilings, wood burning stove and under floor heating.

The SITTING AREA is furnished with ample comfortable seating, coffee table, TV with DVD player, and occasional furniture.

The DINING AREA has a dining table with 4 chairs.

The GALLEY KITCHEN has a range of modern fitted units incorporating a gas hob and electric fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Two steps lead from the sitting area to the bedrooms and bathroom.

BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, bedside tables, hanging space and dressing table.

BEDROOM 2 has twin beds, bedside chest and a wardrobe.

The FAMILY BATHROOM has a bath with deluge and hand held showers over, WC and hand basin.

There is also a SHOWER ROOM with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

Garden & Parking

There is a lovely large walled and gated patio with attractive planters and an awning. This is a sun trap and an ideal place for al-fresco dining.

There is a hot and cold shower outside for rinsing wet suits, dogs and children!

A table and chairs are provided as is a barbecue.

There is private off road reserved parking at the property for 1 large or 2 small cars.

Other Information

There is underfloor heating or radiators throughout the cottage. Heating is included from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £35 per week at all other times (pay when booking please). One complimentary basket of logs is provided and more can be purchased locally.

A travel cot and highchair are available.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental.

Up to two well behaved pets are welcome.

No smoking.

There is no wifi in the cottage but you can get free wifi across the road in the Golden Lion pub.
