Enjoying a quiet location in a luxury courtyard development of mews style town houses; this "upside down" holiday house makes a perfect holiday home from home.

Fishguard is a coastal town which enjoys good transport links and easy access to a range of lovely places to visit.

The attractive town has some interesting shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants as well as a leisure centre cinema/theatre and excellent walks.

The Pembrokeshire coastal path can be joined just a 5 minute walk from the house. St Davids, Newport, Whitesands, Abercastle, Porthgain, Strumble Head and Solva are all with a half hour drive.

Holiday Accommodation

Ground floor

Entrance is into the hallway with clever shoe storage and coat hooks.

The BEDROOM has a double bed, bedside shelves with touch lamps, wardrobe and wall mounted TV.

The BATHROOM has under-floor heating and is fitted with a white suite of corner bath, shower over, WC and hand basin.

Stairs lead to the first floor.

First floor

The OPEN PLAN upstairs has a high asymmetric beamed ceiling giving this contemporary room a light and airy feel.

There is a wooden floor and quality furniture throughout; dimmers have been fitted to the lights for your comfort.

The KITCHEN AREA has an excellent range of light wood fitted units and integral appliances comprising electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and some great culinary gadgets including coffee machine, juicer, blender, slow cooker and food processor.

The DINING AREA has a circular oak dining table with 4 matching high backed chairs.

The SITTING AREA comprises a very large leather corner sofa, coffee table, wall mounted HD plasma TV, DVD player, music system, CD and DVD library and board games.

Garden and Parking

There is a reserved parking space in the brick paved courtyard which has a drive over fountain.

There is no garden but just a few minutes' walk away there are numerous public benches and seats with superb coastal views for you to enjoy.

Other Information

There is gas central heating throughout (the bathroom also has electric under floor heating), this is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £25 per week from October to April - please leave your payment at the property.

No baby equipment is available.

Towels are included in the rental (not for beach use).

One small and well behaved pet is welcome - please bring your own dog bed, bedding and water/feeding bowls.

No smoking.
