This deceptively large stone holiday house enjoys a quiet location overlooking the green in this pretty village which is close to the beaches at Pwllgwaelod, Cwm yr Eglwys and Aberbach.

Within walking distance are two village shops, a welcoming pub which serves food, a beachside restaurant, a fish and chip shop, a children's play park and tennis court.

The coastal walkers' bus stops in the village as does the regular service bus.

Newport is just a couple of miles away as is Fishguard.

This character property is a happy marriage of traditional cottage with large modern extension and makes a perfect place for extended families, groups of friends.

Entrance is via a porch and into the SNUG/SECOND SITTING ROOM which has a stone fireplace with a multi fuel stove for cosy evenings, the snug is furnished with a sofa, comfy armchairs, Smart TV, occasional furniture, books and games.

An inner hallway has storage cupboard and shelves and leads through to the very spacious L-shaped OPEN PLAN KITCHEN/DINING AND SITTING ROOM with a high vaulted ceiling and French doors leading to the patio and garden.

The KITCHEN is fitted with oak units incorporating a 5 ring gas hob, double oven, dishwasher, dresser and ample workspace.

There is a UTILITY ROOM with American style fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave oven. A sitting area with sideboard and settle leads to the DINING AREA with distant sea view, refectory table, 8 chairs and a side table with ipod dock.

The LOUNGE AREA has a large comfortable corner sofa ,comfy chairs, coffee table, TV and DVD player.

There is a SHOWER ROOM with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

BEDROOM 1 is downstairs and has a double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, mirror and hairdryer.

First floor.

BEDROOM 2 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and drawers, chest, mirror, TV and DVD.

BEDROOM 3 has a sea view and is furnished with twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers, TV and DVD.

BEDROOM 4 has a garden view, twin beds, bedside chest, wardrobe, mirror, hairdryer, TV (no signal) for DVDs only.

The FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of bath, shower over, WC and hand basin vanity unit.

All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

Garden & Parking

There is a lovely private and enclosed garden to the side of the house with a patio and picnic table for al fresco dining.

Two wide steps lead to the lawn and more seating areas where you can enjoy pretty garden or light the chimenea.

There is a distant sea view from the patio.

There is parking for one car on the drive and more on the roadside.

There is gas central heating throughout, this is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £35 a week at all other times - please pay at property.
