Far reaching countryside views can be enjoyed from the property and it is a perfect location for exploring the St David's peninsula.
The coastline around the peninsula is very dramatic, with beautiful beaches such as Whitesands and Abereiddi and there is easy access to the coastal path.
There is a good selection of interesting shops, cafe's galleries and restaurants also, the Cathedral, Bishop's Palace, and other places of interest in the small city.
Entrance is into the hallway and through to the large FARMHOUSE KITCHEN which has a range of fitted cupboards, large 2 oven Aga range (oil fired), electric oven and hob and microwave oven as well as a breakfast table and seating.
The adjacent utility room has a fridge/freezer, washing machine and a tumble dryer.
There is also a downstairs cloakroom off the utility with a WC and hand basin.
The DINING ROOM has a dining table with 8 chairs, Welsh dresser and glazed doors leading to the patio.
There are two SITTING ROOMS.
The first leads through from the dining room and has a stone fireplace with electric fire, sofa, comfy chairs, coffee table and a bookcase with books and games.
The SECOND SITTING ROOM has a woodburning stove, large sofa, coffee table ad and TV with free-view ad DVD player.
Stairs lead from the hall to the 4 bedrooms.
BEDROOM 1 has a rural view and is furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
There is an EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM with shower, WC and hand basin.
BEDROOM 2 has a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 3 has twin beds, bedside chest and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 4 has a single bed with a further "pull-out" underneath, bedside chest and a wardrobe.
All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
The FAMILY BATHROOM is very spacious and has a suite of bath, shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
There is a good sized lawned area to the side of the farmhouse surrounded by attractive colour-washed outbuildings.
A large patio area provides a lovely outdoor dining space and garden furniture is provided.
The owner have made an outbuilding available for guests to store bikes/surfboards/wetsuits etc.
There is parking space for at least 4 cars and a boat.
There is oil central heating throughout the house which is included in the rental from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £45 at all other times. Please leave your payment at the property.
The Aga is lit from October to April.
One complimentary basket of logs is provided for the woodburner and more can be purchased locally.
A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are provided.
Towels are available to hire at £5 per guest.
Up to 2 well behaved pets are welcome but must be kept under control.
The property is WiFi enabled.
