Just a five minute walk from the picturesque harbour of Solva, which has to be one of the most attractive places in all Pembrokeshire.
In its heyday, as a busy port, you could sail directly to New York from this tiny harbour, hard to believe when you look at it now. Nowadays the harbour has pleasure craft and small fishing boats.
This semi-detached holiday cottage enjoys a quiet spot away from the centre of the village, but within easy walking distance of the friendly pubs, restaurants and galleries that make Solva so special.
The coastal path is easily accessed and the coastal bus passes close-by.
Entrance is into the small hallway and through to the KITCHEN area which has a range of fully fitted units, ceramic hob and oven, fridge, microwave oven and an automatic washing machine.
The adjacent DINING AREA is furnished with a round pine dining table and 4 chairs.
The SITTING AREA is furnished with 2 comfortable leather sofas, flat screen TV with integral DVD player, coffee table, book shelves with a selection of books, games and DVDs. There are patio doors that lead onto the patio and small lawned garden beyond.
There are two bedrooms:
BEDROOM 1 has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe, BEDROOM 2 has 3' twin beds and a built-in wardrobe.
Bed linen and duvets provided.
The bedrooms both have a door that leads into the bathroom (the doors can be locked from either side for privacy).
The BATHROOM has a bath with over bath shower fitment, WC and hand basin.
There is a patio with a picnic bench where you can glimpse the sea over the rooftops as well as a small lawned garden.
Parking for up to two cars.
There is full oil central heating throughout the cottage and this is included in the rental along with the electricity costs from May to September and a flat rate charge of £20 per week from October to April. Payable when booking please.
