This spacious detached bungalow enjoys a perfect peaceful location in Newport and is within walking distance of everything.

Newport is known as the pearl of the Pembrokeshire coastline with a large sandy beach backed by cliffs and dunes, a smaller beach at Parrog with rock pools and a boat club, the estuary of the river Nevern and the beautiful Carningli mountain as a backdrop it is not hard to see why it is such a popular destination.

The Town holds a weekly Produce Market and there are several welcoming pubs as well as individual shops, galleries and restaurants.

The property has recently been completely refurbished.

Holiday Accommodation

Entrance is into the hallway with space for storing coats and boots.

There is a WET ROOM with large walk in waterfall shower, WC and hand basin.

The large kitchen/dining room has a tiled floor with underfloor heating and a double height vaulted ceiling with one aspect glazed from top to bottom and a bi-fold door allowing the outside in and giving access to the large patio.
The KITCHEN AREA has a range of fully fitted oak units with integral appliances of fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and a Range-master cooker with 5 burner gas hob and electric oven. There is an island unit with sink so you can look at the garden while you are washing up and there are two high leather stools.
The DINING AREA has an oak dining table with 6 chairs and a wall mounted flat screen TV with integral DVD player.

The UTILITY ROOM has the boiler, washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes airer.

The SITTING ROOM has a gas fire, two large leather sofas, armchair, coffee table and a TV with DVD player.

There are three bedrooms.
BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, bedside chests, dressing table, built in wardrobe, chair and an EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM with curved shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

BEDROOMS 2 & 3 each have twin beds, bedside chests, chair and built in wardrobe.

The FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of bath with electric shower over, WC and hand basin.

Garden and Parking

There is a lovely large lawned garden on two levels with steps leading from one level to the next at the fore of the property.

The garden is not fully enclosed.

There is garden furniture for the patio.

There is off road parking for 3 cars and a boat.

Other Information

There is gas central heating throughout, this is included in the rental from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £40 per week at all other times. This is payable when you book.

A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Bedlinen is included and towels are available to hire at £5 per guest.

Two small and well behaved pets are allowed.  There is a £50 refundable good housekeeping/garden cleaning deposit.
