Overlooking the links golf course, Newport Beach and with stunning views over the estuary of Carningli Mountain and the town, the Ben Hogan Suite is a lovely ground floor suite in a truly wonderful coastal location.
Newport town is 2.5 miles away by car and about a 20 minute walk along the estuary (which is a bird spotter's paradise); there is a good selection of friendly pubs, restaurants, galleries and individual shops in the town.
The beach is a 3 minute walk and the coastal path can be accessed directly from the golf course.
The club facilities, including the "nineteenth hole" are available for guests to enjoy. This suite is ideal for couples or a small family.
Entrance is from the back door to the spacious hallway with ample room to store golf clubs etc.
The OPEN PLAN LIVING area has a laminate floor and rug and with lovely views over the golf course to the beach.
There is a door to the main entrance for the apartments.
The KITCHEN area has fitted units incorporating an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge and dishwasher.
The DINING AREA has a fold-away dining table with 4 chairs.
The SITTING AREA has two leather two seater sofas, nest of tables, TV with DVD/video player, CD player, bookcase with books, games and DVDs.
Binoculars and a picnic basket are also provided.
There are two large storage cupboards off the hallway, the first has the boiler and an automatic washer/dryer as well as ironing board etc.
The second has a table top freezer and space for storing some of the kitchen equipment.
There are two en-suite bedrooms.
BEDROOM 1 has a fabulous sea view and access to the patio.
It is furnished with twin beds, bedside tables, dressing table, wardrobe and an EN-SUITE BATHROOM comprising a suite of bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
BEDROOM 2 has a double bed, bedside chests, dressing table area, built in wardrobes and an EN-SUITE shower room comprising a suite of shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
The patio area runs in front of the main bedroom and has a panoramic sea view.
A garden table and 4 chairs are provided for al-fresco dining and watching the amazing sunsets over the bay.
The club has a bar and restaurant and a large seating area which guests are welcome to use.
There is one designated parking bay and more available in the main car park.
There is electric central heating throughout - this is included in the rental.
No baby equipment.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. Please bring your own beach towels.
Free WiFi is available in the clubhouse.
One small and very well behaved dog is welcome.
