This attractive ground floor riverside apartment offers excellent accommodation for a relaxing holiday.

There is lots of boating activity to enjoy from the comfort of this home or you can sit on the balcony overlooking the garden and enjoy the ever-changing views of this busy waterway.

Tall ships, tankers, tugs, trawlers, cruise liners and pleasure craft frequent this busy waterway.

There are some glorious beaches such as Tenby, Marloes, Dale and Freshwater East within easy driving distance.

Boat and diving trips can be taken from the Marina and there is a boat club, public slipway and pontoon next door.

Holiday Accommodation

Entrance is into the hallway and though to the open plan KITCHEN/DINING & LIVING ROOM which enjoys wonderful river view.

The kitchen area has a range of fitted units, halogen hob, fan oven, fridge and a microwave oven.

The sitting area is furnished with two leather sofas, coffee table and TV with DVD.

The dining area has a rattan table with 4 integral chairs. The semi-circular window and glazed door leads to the terrace and garden.

There are two bedrooms.

BEDROOM 1 has a cream four poster bed, bedside tables with lamps, chest with mirror and wardrobe.

The adjacent modern BATHROOM has a suite of large shower bath with Jacuzzi, drench/power shower cube over bath, WC and hand basin.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, mirror and an EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

The window opens into the utility.

The UTILITY ROOM is shared with the friendly owners and has a washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 freezers and space for surf boards etc.

Garden and parking

The very pretty garden has lots of different areas to enjoy from a Summer House to a "boat chair" and brightly painted seating where you can sit and enjoy the attractively planted garden or the harbour views.

A gate leads to the river.

There is parking for 1 car on the drive and more on the roadside.

There is full central heating which is included in the rental.

No baby equipment is available.

Both beds will be made up with fresh linen and towels are provided but not for beach use.

WiFi enabled.

Small dogs are welcome as long as they can be friendly and share the garden with the owners own small dogs.

No smoking.
