This attractive holiday cottage is situated along a quiet country lane surrounded by open countryside, and is an ideal location for exploring the wealth of sandy beaches and the rugged coastline of the beautiful St Davids peninsula, the Pembrokeshire National Park and 186 mile coastal path.

There are lots of places to visit in this area of North Pembrokeshire, these include Solva Harbour, Newgale Beach, Porthgain Harbour, Whitesands Bay and the cathedral city of St Davids. 

While you are here, why not take a boat trip to the offshore islands of Ramsey, Skomer and Skokholm, where you can spot Atlantic grey seal, puffins, razorbills, kittiwakes and guillemots and many more species.

The family friendly cottage has been designed to accommodate guests who are less mobile.

Holiday Accommodation

Ground Floor

The entrance porch leads into:

Spacious LOUNGE/DINING ROOM, which is full of character, with beamed ceilings, exposed stone wall and a large inglenook fireplace with log effect electric fire.

The SITTING AREA is furnished with two comfortable leather sofas, easy chairs, TV with DVD player and occasional tables.

The DINING AREA has a dining table with 8 chairs and a Welsh dresser.

The contemporay KITCHEN is fitted with oak units and has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and automatic washing machine.

The newly fitted BATHROOM has a suite of bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin and WC.

BEDROOM 1 The ground floor bedroom has a 4'6" double bed.

BEDROOM 2 is very spacious and has a high vaulted ceiling with exposed beams. It is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and dressing table. 
There is an EN-SUITE BATH/WETROOM with disabled access which is fitted with a drive in shower, WC, hand basin and a large bath.

First Floor

An open tread staircase leads up to a further two bedrooms.

BEDROOM 3 is furnished with an oak double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and chest.

BEDROOM 4 has oak twin beds, bedside chests, dressing table and wardrobe.
All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

Garden and Parking

To the side and rear of the cottage is a large lawned garden with mature trees and plenty of space for children to play.  A picnic table is provided for al fresco dining.

In front of the cottage is a gated gravel courtyard with ample parking.

Other Information

Full gas central heating throughout the cottage. Electricity and Gas will be charged at £30 per week from May to September and £45 per week at all other times, please pay the owner whilst on holiday.

A cot, highchair and stair gate are provided and also a selection of toys and games for infants.

Towels are available to hire at £5 per guest.  Please bring your own beach towels.
