This lovingly restored stone barn conversion with its own private HOT TUB provides reversed accommodation which is perfect for couples or small families.

Aberaeron, New Quay, the Ceredigion Heritage coastline and a selection of clean beaches including Cwmtydu, Llangrannog, Tresaith and Penbryn are close by.

There are numerous good places to eat within a 5 mile radius of the cottage. Visitor attractions nearby include aHoney Farm, Coracle Centre, Cheese farm, National Woollen Mill, Museum of Internal Fire, Steam Railway and the lovely National Trust estate and gardens at Llanychaeron.

New Quay is famous for its resident dolphins which can be spotted from the Quay or treat yourselves to a wildlife boat trip to see the beautiful coastline as well as dolphins, seals and bird rock.

Overlooking the pond and situated in beautiful gardens this property makes a great holiday retreat at any time of the year.

Holiday Accommodation

First floor:

Entrance is into the hallway, with a stable door leading out to the garden, terrace and hot tub.

Stairs lead to the light and airy OPEN PLAN living and dining area with exposed A frame rafters.

The DINING AREA has a circular dining table with 4 chairs and a bookcase with a selection of books and games.

The SITTING AREA has two comfortable grey leather sofas, coffee table, electric log effect fire, and occasional furniture, large 3D/HD TV with freeview, DVD player, bluetooth system and WiFi.

Off the sitting area is a lovely SUN ROOM furnished with two cane armchairs, side table and a comfy bean bag.

Floor to ceiling glass doors lead out to the small BALCONY overlooking the garden and pond.

The KITCHEN is fitted with a range of modern units and has a breakfast bar with 4 stools.

There is a halogen hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave and USB charger.

Ground floor:

The downstairs UTILITY room has a washing machine.

BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, bedside tables, dressing table and, wardrobe and wall mounted TV/DVD.

There is a gorgeous EN-SUITE BATHROOM with double ended D shaped bath under the garden window, shower cubicle with deluge shower, WC and hand basin.

BEDROOM 2 has twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, dressing table wall mounted TV/DVD and patio doors.

The EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM has a suite of large walk in shower enclosure, "his and hers" hand basins with back lit mirrors and a WC.

Garden, hot tub & parking

There is a very large and well-tended garden with woodland which you are welcome to explore.

The part of the garden that borders the back of the cottage and has a HOT TUB ,TERRACE with garden furniture and a lawn is reserved for your exclusive enjoyment.

Parking for up to 3 cars.

Automatic electric heating is included in the cost of the rental.

All beds are made up with fresh linen for your arrival and bath towels are provided.

You may want to bring extra towels for the hot tub.

WiFi enabled.

No smoking.

No children under 8 years.

Up to 2 dogs are welcome but must be duck and dog friendly as there are resident ducks on the pond and the owners have their own cats and dogs.

This property does not accept short breaks.
