This comfortable apartment is perfect for couples or small families.  It enjoys a quiet location in Newport just 2 minutes' walk from a selection of excellent pubs and restaurants and 5 minutes from the medieval church, castle and an array of small galleries and shops offering all the basics.

Newport has it all! It is set at the mouth of the river Nevern and has Carningli Mountain (The Mount of Angels) as a back drop. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path can be joined a short walk away at the Iron Bridge on the upper reaches of the estuary. Many different varieties of wading birds are spotted here on a daily basis. The Parrog has a small beach and there is a large long sandy beach within a 20 minute walk.

Holiday Accommodation

A private entrance leads you into the perfectly formed and newly equipped single storey apartment.

There is a modern KITCHEN/DINER which has a range of fitted cupboards incorporating a full size electric oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge with small freezer compartment and a table with 2 chairs.

An arch leads through to the BEDROOM AREA with 2 x 3'single beds which can be zipped together to make a king size bed (please state your preference when booking). There are bedside tables, chest of drawers and a wardrobe and a wall mounted flat screen TV.

A small hall off the kitchen leads into the SHOWER ROOM, this has a large glazed walk in shower, WC and hand basin and the walls and floor boast Travertine tiles.

The SUN ROOM overlooks the garden and is furnished with wicker chairs and table.

Patio doors lead to the sheltered and sunny patio.

The owners, who live next door will always respect your privacy and are willing to help you in any way.

Garden & Parking

Off the small conservatory is a patio with a metal table and 2 chairs, there are views of the owners' garden which has attractive borders and a lawn.

There is also a small terrace area by the front door.

There is an off road parking space for your car just outside the apartment at the end of this quiet cul-de-sac.

There is full gas central heating throughout; this is included in the rental.

Towels and bed linen are also included.

Up to 2 well behaved pets are welcome.
