There are lots of lovely walks from the cottage door and the coastal path can be joined at the nearby Poppit Sands beach.
Cardigan Market Town is a mile and a half away and has a theatre, market, historic castle and much more.
The holiday cottage is only 5 minutes stroll from the friendly riverside pub, public mooring and slipway. This delightful cottage is approached by steps from your private parking space.
Entrance is through a stable door into the hallway and upstairs to the "small but perfectly formed" OPEN PLAN KITCHEN, DINING AND SITTING room.
There is a vaulted ceiling with skylight and a low window giving this pleasant room a light and airy feeling belying its size. The kitchen area has fitted units, electric oven and hob and larder fridge. There is a dining area with a table and two chairs as well as a seating area with a small 2 seater sofa and TV.
A view of the narrow road and the river beyond can be enjoyed from the low window.
The downstairs BEDROOM has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, rocking chair and wardrobe space.
There are attractive cushions and throws on the bed.
The SHOWER ROOM has a white suite with a corner shower cubicle, WC and hand basin with shaver light over.
The hallway has space for coats and walking boots and a chest is provided.
Space for a dog bed.
There is an attractive decked area just outside the stable door with a table and chairs for al-fresco breakfast or a glass of something stronger after a pleasant day out.
There is a reserved parking space.
There is oil fired central throughout.
This is included in the rental.
The bed will be made up with fresh linen and towels are supplied for your stay.
Please bring your own beach towels if you intend going for a dip!
No baby equipment.
One well behaved pet is welcome.
