This fabulous seafront holiday apartment is just a few metres from the half mile long beach at Amroth - a flat, sandy beach backed by pebbles.

There's a huge expanse of sand at low tide for walks, beach games and rock pooling.

The small seaside village of Amroth is the start (or end) of Pembrokeshire's 186 mile Coastal Path.

There are numerous other beaches including Tenby, Saundersfoot, Pendine, Coppet Hall and Monkstone all within about 4 miles.

If you can tear yourself away from the many beaches there are plenty of tourist attractions including Folly Farm, Caldey Island, Bosherston Lily Ponds or one of the many castles.

This stylish and contemporary apartment is situated above the Amroth Arms, a newly refurbished,family friendly pub and restaurant which offers guests a warm welcome and serves delicious home cooked food.

Holiday Accommodation

A private front door and staircase lead up to the apartment.

The spacious L-shaped OPEN PLAN LIVING AREA with private balcony is very well appointed and affords stunning sea views.

The KITCHEN has a range of grey gloss units, glass splashback, integrated electric fan oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

A door leads to the enclosed garden.

The DINING area has a white gloss dining table with 6 leather chairs.

The fabulous SITTING area has one aspect which is floor to ceiling glass giving superb sea views and access to the balcony.

It is furnished with a comfortable modern grey sofa, coffee table and occasional furniture.

Sliding glass doors lead to the huge railed sea view BALCONY with plenty of space and seating for al-fresco dining or sunset watching.

A hallway leads off the open plan room to the 3 large bedrooms.

MASTER BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, bedside chests with amps, chest of drawers with mirror, wardrobe, tub chair and an EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

BEDROOM 2 also has a double bed, bedside chests with lamps, chest of drawers with mirror, wardrobe and tub chair.

BEDROOM 3 has twin beds, bedside chest with lamp, chest of drawers with mirror and wardrobe.

The FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of white bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.

Garden and Parking

From the kitchen a door leads to the enclosed suntrap garden which is completely private.

The balcony enjoys perfect sea views and there are rattan chairs, table and wooden benches to sit and relax in after a hard day at the beach.

There is a lawn, garden furniture and washing line.

Opposite the pub is a private car park with a reserved space.

More free parking is available in the village car park 100 yards away.

Other information

There is oil central heating throughout; this is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £40 per week at all other times. Please leave your payment at the property.

A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

All the beds are made up with fresh Joules linen for your arrival.

Towels are available to hire at £5 per guest, please book and pay on arrival at Amroth. Please bring your own beach towels.

Wifi is planned but not yet installed.

No pets.
