Enjoying a lovely setting surrounded by trees at the end of a stone bridleway, Cwmbrandy Cottage makes a perfect getaway for a couple or a small family.

There is a network of footpaths to explore in the area and you are just a mile or so from the coast at Fishguard and Goodwick.

Fishguard has a good selection of shops, eateries, pubs and galleries.

The North Pembrokeshire coast is stunning at any time of the year with hidden coves, beaches and miles and miles of walks for all ages and abilities.

St Davids, Porthgain, Newport and the Gwaun Valley are all great places to visit.

Holiday Accommodation

Entrance is through a glazed door into the attractive KITCHEN/DINING ROOM with a wood floor, hand-made kitchen cupboards, pantry cupboard, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and a washing machine.

The dining area has an up-cycled circular table with 4 chairs and chest of drawers.

A door leads out to steps taking you to the enclosed patio and garden.

4 steps lead to the lovely large SITTING ROOM with exposed wood beams, wooden floor and a huge stone fireplace with woodburning stove.

The room is furnished with a comfortable cream sofa and two armchairs, TV, DVD player, nest of tables, well stocked bookcase and games.

French doors lead to the patio and garden.

An unusual curved staircase leads to the two bedrooms and shower room.

BEDROOM 1 has a double aspect and is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, clothes hooks on the door and a chest of drawers.

Six more stairs lead to the children's BEDROOM 2 which is in the attic space with sloped ceilings and velux windows (with blinds!).

It is furnished with two single beds, bedside tables with lamps, clothes hanging rail and a chest of drawers.

The SHOWER ROOM has a suite of shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

Garden and Parking

The PRETTY GARDEN has mature shrubs and borders enclosed with a picket fence.

There is an area of lawn and a slate PATIO with a table and chairs; perfect for al-fresco meals.

A parasol and barbecue are also available.

Part of the owners garden and large trees are beyond.

There is parking for one car, please ask if you want to bring 2.

There are electric heaters throughout the cottage.

One complimentary basket of logs is supplied for the start of your holiday and more can be purchased locally.

A travel cot and highchair are available.

There is a fitted stairgate at the top of the stairs to the landing.

WiFi enabled.

Up to 2 well behaved pets are welcome but not allowed on soft furnishings or upstairs.

No smoking.

The friendly owners live next door but will respect your privacy.
