There is a fitted KITCHEN AREA with white gloss units, electric oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge with small freezer compartment and a washing machine.
The DINING AREA has a dining table and 4 chairs.
There is a comfortable 3 seater sofa and a leather swivel armchair in the SITTING AREA with a TV, DVD player and nest of tables.
A spacious hallway leads to 2 bedrooms.
BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers and ample space for a cot if required.
BEDROOM 2 has a single bed, bedside table and wardrobe.
There is ample space in the hallway for the foldaway bed to be used occasionally.
The BATHROOM has a suite of bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
Outside the apartment is a private gated parking area, patio and a small sheltered and enclosed lawned area with countryside views.
A picnic bench and barbecue are provided.
There is electric heating throughout the apartment.
Electricity is included from May to September and charged for by meter reading (smart meter) at all other times.
A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
The beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival and towels are provided.
One well behaved pet is welcome but must not be allowed on soft furnishings or in the bedrooms.
This property does not accept short breaks.
