What a find!

This spacious stone cottage enjoys a fabulous location right on the quay wall overlooking the delightful Lower Town Harbour.

The colourful array of fishing and pleasure boats in this tiny fishing harbour make a wonderful sight at any time of day.

Imagine waking up to the view just outside the bedroom window.

The village has a friendly pub and a cafe on the quay.

Lower Town is set below Fishguard town itself which offers a good selection of shops, eateries and pubs.

The coastal path can be joined right outside the front door and the coastal walkers bus stops close-by.

Holiday Accommodation

Entrance is via an inner porch into the light and airy OPEN PLAN SITTING & DINING ROOM which has a sea view, gas fire and a tiled floor.

The sitting area is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and armchairs, coffee table, large TV and coastal art, the dining area has an oak dining table and chairs.

The spacious KITCHEN has a range of wooden fitted units, built in double oven and grill, hob, microwave oven, large fridge freezer and a breakfast table with 4 chairs.

There is woodburning stove (not for use) in a brick fireplace.

A door leads to a porch on the side of the house, useful for storage.

There is a UTILITY area under the stairs with a washing machine.

Also on the ground floor is the good sized FAMILY BATHROOM with a white suite of shower cubicle, bath, WC, bidet and hand basin.

Stairs lead to the TWO LARGE DOUBLE BEDROOMS each with a sea view and furnished with a king size bed, bedside cabinets with touch lamps, wardrobe and armchair.

There is a CLOAKROOM with WC and hand basin.

Off the landing, a single room leads to the CONSERVATORY, which due to its elevated position at the back of the house offers wonderful views over the terraced garden while maintaining complete privacy.

It is furnished with cane sofa and chairs, a small dining table perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Steps lead to the pretty TERRACED PATIO GARDEN (described below).

Garden and Parking

There is parking for two cars on the quay road immediately outside the cottage.

The terraced patio garden is planted with rambling roses and cottage flowers.

There is a bench seat and garden furniture with stunning harbour views over the roof tops.

Other Information

Oil central heating and electricity is included in the rental.

There is no baby equipment as the property is not suitable for babies or children due to its location and the terraced garden.

All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

Towels are available to hire at £5 per guest, payable when booking.

WiFi is planned but not yet installed so please check if it's important.

No pets and no smoking.

Maximum occupancy 4 guests.
