The coastal path can be joined here or for another fabulous view you can take a walk up Carningli (Mount of Angels).
Traeth Mawr (Big Beach) can be walked to at low tide by wading across the estuary or you can take a longer walk around the bird sanctuary estuary and the coastal path.

The house has recently been completely renovated and provides very stylish accommodation.
Entrance is off the rear patio through glass doors into the very large open plan kitchen, dining & snug area.
The KITCHEN has a triple aspect and is fitted with an excellent range of units, a large rangemaster cooker with gas hob and electric oven, Fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer & enclosed bins.
There is a breakfast bar with 6 bar stools and 2 ottomans containing the garden chair cushions.
The DINING area has a large dining table (3' x 12') and chairs to sit all guests.
Beyond this is the SNUG area with 2 sofas and a corner chair, coffee tables and a window looking towards the sea.
The SITTING ROOM is divided into two areas.
The first has a gas fire, large sofa, easy chair, TV, tables and lamps.
The second has a sofa, chairs, well-stocked shelves with books and games for all ages and tastes, lamps and French doors leading to the patio.
There is a downstairs SHOWER ROOM with a walk in shower, WC and hand basin.
Stairs lead to the first floor.
BEDROOM 1 (en-suite) has a double aspect with garden views and is very large.
It has a vaulted ceiling, super-king bed, bedside cupboards, lamps, TV, wardrobe, chair, desk, bed settee (for occasional use) and a travel cot.
The EN-SUITE has a shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
BEDROOM 2 (en-suite) has a sea view, double bed, bedside tables with lamps, TV, clothes rail, chest of drawers and chair.
The EN-SUITE has a P shaped bath with shower, WC and hand basin.

Stairs lead to the attic bedrooms, both with lovely sea views and perfect for children and teens.

BEDROOM 6 has bespoke bunk beds, clothes rail, chest of drawers, floor cushions and chair.
There is a lovely large patio and garden to the rear which is south facing and enjoys sunshine all day.
The patio is enclosed and has an enormous cast metal table and 14 chairs, perfect for the whole family to dine al-fresco.
A large barbecue is provided.
The garden is approached through a small gate and a few steps. It is has two levels, each with a lawn. There are mature trees; shrubs and an unfenced bank leading down to a brook (take care with young and old).
There is an outside shower for sandy bodies.
There is ample off road parking for 4 cars.
There is underfloor heating downstairs and radiators everywhere else.
Fuel and electricity is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £50 from October to April. This will be added to your booking.
1 travel cot and 2 highchairs are available.
There are NO stairgates.
All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival (not the sofa bed, please bring your own).
A bath and hand towel are available to hire at £5 per guest. Please bring your own beach towels.
Throughout the house there are many local artworks and interesting objects.
A good housekeeping / damage deposit of £200 will be applied to every booking. Once the caretaker has checked the property is left with no damage on departure your damage deposit will be returned.
