Coedrath Park Holiday Apartment is just 5 minutes' walk from the beautiful sandy Saundersfoot beach and picturesque harbour.

Saundersfoot has plenty of places to eat and drink around the harbour area, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing holiday.

There is plenty to do in the area with Tenby, Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park all within a few miles.

You can take a fishing trip or a sea taxi to explore the coastline right from the harbour.

If you prefer walking, the coastal path stretches for 186 miles and you don't have to walk far to find more beaches and coves such as Monkstone, Coppet Hall and Amroth.

This comfortable ground floor apartment makes a great holiday destination for couples or a small family.

Holiday Accommodation

Entrance is into hallway and through to the stylish and comfortable open plan living area comprising kitchen, dining and lounge areas.

There are 4 metre glazed patio doors which open out to the private patio area which in turn leads to the shared landscaped grounds where you can enjoy a sea view.

The KITCHEN AREA has a range of fitted units, integral electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a washer/dryer.

The DINING AREA has a table with 4 chairs.

The LOUNGE AREA is furnished with 2 two seater sofas (one converts to a sofa-bed for very occasional use), coffee table, occasional furniture, rug and TV with freeview.

There are two compact bedrooms.
BEDROOM 1 has a king size bed, bedside tables with lamps, dressing table and built in wardrobe.

BEDROOM 2 has twin beds, bedside chest of drawers with lamps and a built in wardrobe.

All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

The contemporary FAMILY SHOWER ROOM has a large walk in shower cubicle with electric shower, WC, wash hand bowl set on tiled vanity unit and heated towel rail.

Garden and Parking

There is a patio area immediately outside the glazed doors with a wooden table and chairs; perfect for al-fresco dining or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Please note that this is now not fenced as shown in photographs.

There are large landscaped grounds shared by all the apartments at Coedrath Park.

Mature trees, large lawns and attractive borders make this a great area where you can enjoy a picnic, play games and meet new friends.

Sea views can be enjoyed from the grounds.

There is one reserved parking bay for the apartment.

There are modern electric radiators throughout the apartment. No charges are made for heating.

A travel cot and high chair are available.

Towels are available to hire at £5 per guest, not for beach use.
