This large stone three storey house on Newport Parrog in Pembrokeshire makes a perfect place for a holiday.

From the house there are terrific views over the Estuary and Newport Sands and the Coastal Path can literally be joined just outside the front door.

Less than a minute walk away the Parrog beach is a great favourite with children and boating enthusiasts and provides the ideal location from which to enjoy the superb sunsets. At low tide there are rock pools to investigate and you can cross the estuary to the much larger beach of Newport Sands.

Nearby in the Town are a good selection of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Holiday Accommodation

Ground Floor

Entrance through small porch into large open-plan SITTING ROOM which is decorated in shades of blue and white with a tiled floor and rugs, it has a range of comfortable seating, a breakfast table and 3 chairs, colour TV, DVD, items of occasional furniture and an ornamental fireplace which has an electric fire.

The separate DINING ROOM has a dining table and 6 chairs.

The UTILITY ROOM has a washing machine and fridge freezer. This space is also ideal for storing holiday paraphernalia and dogs.

The KITCHEN has a range of pine fitted units, an electric cooker, microwave oven and table with bench seating. First Floor

Stairs lead to the first floor.

BATHROOM with bath, shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

There are also three bedrooms on the first floor.

BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, fitted bedroom furniture and enjoys the Estuary views.

BEDROOM 2 has twin beds, fitted bedroom furniture and Estuary views.

BEDROOM 3 has twin beds, bedroom furniture and garden views. Second Floor

BEDROOM 4 is on the second floor and approached by a second flight of stairs and spans the entire width of the house.

There are stunning views from this room which is furnished with a double bed, bedroom furniture and benefits from EN-SUITE bath with overhead shower, WC and hand basin.

Garden and Parking

There is access from the utility area to the fully enclosed long lawned garden, where garden furniture and a swing are provided.

There is ample car and boat parking available in the field opposite.

There is central heating throughout the property. Electricity is included in the rental.

A cot and highchair are available on request.
