BEDROOM 1 has a king size bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair.
There is an EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM with attractive geometric tiling, walk in shower, WC and small hand basin.
BEDROOM 2 has a double bed with access from one side only (this makes it spacious for one or cosy for two), bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers and clothes hanging hooks and hangers.
The FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of white bath with hand held shower, WC in vanity unit and hand basin.
There is also a UTILITY cupboard with a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as the cleaner's supplies.
Paddle steps lead to a further level which is off limits to guests.

To the side of the house is an outside warm shower for rinsing off sandy bodies and wet dogs.
There is also a washing line and a lockable bike store shed.
Heating is underfloor downstairs and radiators upstairs.
Electricity and gas are included from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £35 from October to April, payable when booking.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental.
Please bring your own beach towels.
One small and well behaved dog is welcome, there is a £75 good housekeeping deposit for dogs which will be returned as long as all is left clean and tidy.
No baby equipment provided, you may bring your own.
