Originally a courthouse, the farmhouse enjoys a rural setting, surrounded by farmland with a large lawned garden to enjoy.
From the slopes above the farmhouse the views of the coastline are truly spectacular and the Coastal Path can be joined by simply walking across two fields.
There are lots of beaches and coves closeby including Whitesands, Abereiddi, The Blue Lagoon, Traethllyfn, Porthgain and Abermawr.
This simply furnished and much unchanged farmhouse accommodation is extremely spacious and ideal for large groups of friends and family.
The front door opens into a wide hallway, off which there is a cosy SITTING ROOM with fireplace housing a log effect electric fire. The room is comfortably furnished with a leather sofa, easy chairs, flat screen TV, coffee table and items of occasional furniture.
The large DINING ROOM contains a farmhouse dining table, 8 chairs and a sideboard.
An opening leads to the fitted KITCHEN with a range of Shaker style units and integral appliances including electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge/freezer.
The BATHROOM has a low doorway and ceiling; it contains a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, WC and the automatic washing machine and tumble drier.
There is also a simple SHOWER ROOM containing shower, wash hand basin and WC.
A wide staircase leads to the four simple bedrooms.
At the top of the staircase is a fitted SHOWER ROOM with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
The MASTER BEDROOM, which is large, light and airy, contains a double bed and bedroom furniture.
BEDROOM 2 also contains a double bed and matching furniture.
BEDROOMS 3 and 4 each contain twin beds.
A folding bed is also available for occasional use.
Bedlinen is provided for the beds which all have duvets.
The large lawned garden is enclosed and safe for children. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided.
There is ample parking for several cars and a boat.
There is full oil central heating throughout the property charged at £30 per week when required; please pay at the property. All electricity is included in the rental.
A cot and highchair are available.
Towels are available on request - £5 per guest.
