Details

This traditional and very spacious stone built farmhouse accommodation has panoramic views of the Preseli Hills and is just a mile from both Moylegrove and Newport Sands which is popular for windsurfing, sailing, rockpooling, swimming, sunbathing and walking.

The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is nearby (and the coastal bus passes the end of the drive - all you need to do is flag it down). Newport, the pearl of the Pembrokeshire coast, has some great pubs and superb restaurants, galleries and individual shops.

Ceibwr Bay is also well worth a visit, there is a small quiet pebble beach here and seals are often spotted swimming along this part of the coast.

There is also an excellent 18 hole links golf course just above Newport Sands which enjoys glorious panoramic views of the beach and Newport.

Holiday Accommodation

Ground Floor

This traditional Welsh farmhouse retains much of its original character whilst providing you with all the modern comforts you need.  It has been extensively renovated while still retaining all it's original charm and character. 

The front door opens into a spacious porch and through into the hallway. This leads into :

The DINING ROOM which has the original huge "sit in" stone-built inglenook fireplace with a woodburning stove and wooden seats creating a snug area where one can enjoy roaring log fires, it also has two comfortable armchairs and a large handmade dining table with 7 matching dining chairs.

The comfortable LOUNGE has a wood floor, attractive fireplace with electric fire for cosy evenings.  It is furnished with a sofa, easy chairs, coffee table, large flat screen TV, DVD and items of occasional furniture.

The KITCHEN has a tiled floor and is well-equipped with newly fitted hand made wooden units, electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Original PANTRY/LARDER with huge slate slabs is next to the kitchen and is ideal for storing all your food and drink.

In the UTILITY ROOM there is an automatic washing machine and tumble drier.

There is also a SHOWER ROOM with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.

The BATHROOM contains bath, wash hand basin and WC.

First Floor

There are five bedrooms, the MASTER BEDROOM contains a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV.

BEDROOM 2 contains a single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

BEDROOM 3 contains twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. These bedrooms benefit from lovely views over the rolling countryside and Preseli Hills.

BEDROOM 4 has a sloped ceiling and limited headroom and is suitable for a child, it contains a single bed and bedroom furniture and has an adjoining cloakroom containing wash hand basin and WC.

BEDROOM 5 has a sloped ceiling and a single bed and bedroom furniture. 

Fresh bedlinen is provided for the beds which all have duvets.

Garden and Parking

There is a large lawned area for children to play. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided.

There is ample parking.

Other Information

Full oil central heating is available on request at a flat rate of £35 per week and electricity will be charged accordingly.  Please leave your payment at the property.

A cot and highchair are provided.

Towels are available to hire at £5 per guest.
