The hamlet of Iet-y-Bontpren is located on the edge of Dinas between Newport and Fishguard with the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path at the foot of the hill, close to the imposing seascape of Dinas Head and the family beaches at Cwm-yr-Eglwys and Pwllgwaelod.
The holiday cottage has been approved for walking and cycling by the Welsh tourist board.

The original part of this Welsh stone cottage is over 400 years old, with thick stone walls and rooms full of character with beamed ceilings and a stone fireplace plus a large wooden CONSERVATORY providing lots of space.
The SITTING ROOM has two areas and is furnished with a comfortable settee and easy chairs, 32" TV, video and well stocked bookshelves.
The KITCHEN area has fitted units, electric hob, built in oven, microwave, Dualit toaster and dishwasher. There is a splendid 19th century Welsh Dresser with a dot and diamond decoration typical of Angelsey, made for a traditional farmhouse kitchen on the island where it spent its first 140 years.
The DINING AREA contains a large dresser with Freesat TV, dining table and chairs.
A CONSERVATORY extends off the kitchen and overlooks the rear garden, this has a large dining table and chairs.
The UTILITY ROOM has an automatic washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer and ample storage for coats and boots.
The ground floor BATHROOM has a corner bath, with overhead electric shower, bidet, wash hand basin and W.C.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms.
The MASTER BEDROOM has a kingsize bed and an EN-SUITE which has a modern white suite of double ended bath, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin and W.C.
Two additional BEDROOMS provide one double and one twin bedded room, both with vanity units, ample cupboards and sloping ceilings. A Z bed is available on request for an additional child.
Pretty bedlinen is provided for the beds which have duvets.

Oil-fired central heating throughout with oil and electricity included May to September and charged at a flat rate of £40 per week at all other times - please pay at cottage. Double glazed throughout.
