The sunny river terrace with stainless steel and toughened glass screen to the rear of the cottage has sweeping views of the River Teifi as it winds toward the Estuary and makes a lovely place to sit and relax.
The village amenities are all within walking distance and a short evening stroll takes you to the jetty.
Nearby is Poppit Sands and there is also a lovely walk along the river tow path to the centre of St Dogmaels and then by pavement to Cardigan.
Entrance via patio and back door (two steps) to the KITCHEN which has a basic range of fitted units, oil boiler for central heating, electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven and a washing machine. There are river views from the sink.
The spacious LOUNGE has a laminate wood floor, an electric coal effect fire, comfortable sofa, easy chairs, TV, DVD player and items of occasional furniture.
The adjacent DINING ROOM has patio doors with views of the river, an open fire, two comfy chairs, a dining table, 6 chairs and items of occasional furniture.
There are 3 bedrooms.
BEDROOM 1 has a double bed.
BEDROOM 2 has a single bed.
BEDROOM 3 has twin beds.
All the bedrooms have clothes hanging and storage space.
The beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
The SHOWER ROOM has a shower cubicle and hand basin. There is a separate WC.
The patio to the rear of the bungalow has a glazed balcony overlooking the river Teifi and makes a wonderful place to sit and watch the birdlife on the river. It is totally safe for children.
There is an additional small landscaped garden to the side and patio furniture is provided.
There is off road parking for two cars to the side of the property.
Fuel and electricity charges are £35 per week October to April.
There is an extra beer fridge with small freezer in the outhouse.
A cot and highchair are available on request.
Towels available on request - £5 per guest.
