The holiday cottage is full of character and retains the traditional feel of a local period Pembrokeshire Cottage but with all modern comforts.
It is situated less than a mile from the sea and is close to Coastal Path walks with an abundance of birds and wildlife.
The coastal walkers bus can be flagged down outside the cottage. Fishguard, Goodwick and St Davids are within an easy drive with Art Galleries, Shops, Pubs and Restaurants all available.
Entrance into hallway and through to LOUNGE with beamed ceiling, open fire, TV, sofa, easy chairs and window seat.
The DINING ROOM has a slate flagstone floor, fireplace, Dresser, table, bench and chairs, and leads into the:
Country KITCHEN with fully fitted units, cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave.
An adjacent large rear HALLWAY houses the washing machine and has plenty of room for extra holiday storage, plus a backdoor to the garden.
The BATHROOM has a bath with over-bath shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms:
BEDROOM 1 is the master bedroom with antique brass and iron bedstead, bedside tables and a wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2 has a Pine double bed with access from one side only.
BEDROOM 3 has a single bed; all beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
To the rear of the house there is a patio with a seating area and an enclosed South facing large lawn area with small brook to its boundary and a standing stone.
Garden furniture is provided.
Off road parking.
Full central heating throughout, included in the rental from May to September and charged at £25 per week at all other times. Please pay at the time of booking. Electricity is included in the rental and one basket of logs is provided free for the fires.
Travel cot and highchair are provided.
Towels included in rental.
One well-behaved pet is welcome but is restricted to hard floor areas. Please ask if you would like to bring two pets.
This property does not accept short breaks.
