There are two beaches and access to the coastal path within approximately 15 minutes walk (3/4 of a mile) of this holiday cottage which is set back from the road between Aberaeron and the University town of Aberystwyth (15 minutes by car) on the Cardigan Bay coastline.
Llanrhystud is a picturesque village with a post office/shop and a small supermarket, a church, pub (The Black Lion) which serves excellent food and an open air market held once a week on a Tuesday. The Golf course is approximately 1 mile and has a restaurant/bar open to the public all year. There is also a restaurant/clubhouse open to the public during the summer months in the caravan site less than 15 mins walk from the cottage.
This cottage is ideal for exploring Ceredigion and the many interesting towns including Aberaeron, Aberystwyth, Lampeter, Tregaron and Devil's Bridge are all within a half hour drive or less and provide a whole host of things to see and do.
Entrance is into the hallway and through to the elegant LOUNGE with attractive fireplace with electric fire, the room is furnished with 2 large leather sofas, a sideboard, coffee table, TV with DVD and digibox and items of occasional furniture.
The KITCHEN DINER has a slate effect floor and is fitted with a modern range of white lacquered units, fridge freezer, electric hob and oven, dishwasher and microwave oven.
The DINING AREA has a pine dining table and 6 chairs.
The boiler room has a washing machine and the adjacent CLOAKROOM has a WC and wash hand basin.
The spacious integral garage has a tumble drier and ample space to store holiday paraphernalia.
Upstairs there are three pretty bedrooms.
The MASTER BEDROOM is very light and spacious and has a king size metal bedstead, bedside tables, dressing table and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2 has twin 3' beds with metal bed heads, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.
BEDROOM 3 has a single bed, bedside chest and a wardrobe.
The newly refurbished BATHROOM has a suite of bath, walk in shower cubicle with level access, WC and wash hand basin.
Bed linen is provided for all the beds and towels are included.
The patio garden is totally enclosed and has a good size gravel patio with a table and chairs and a barbecue.
There is parking for two cars; 1 in the garage and 1 in front of the house.
Oil fired central heating throughout, this is included in the rental from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £25 per week at all other times, please pay when booking.
No baby equipment is available, please bring your own.
Towels are included in the rental.
